Stratton Families and Community,

I am honored and excited to be the principal at Stratton Elementary School. I believe in the potential of all children. My vision as an educational leader is to create a positive learning community where academic and social development are equally nurtured through relevant and meaningful relationships and learning opportunities. This is achieved by teaching to the whole child, valuing each student and embracing their differences.

As an educational leader, I work closely with the staff to build upon Stratton’s successes and achievements through the development of positive relationships with the students, parents, staff, and members of the community to maintain a safe and nurturing learning environment. My vision is to maintain focus on the whole child, use data to inform instruction, implement consistent instructional strategies, provide appropriate interventions to close learning gaps and provide engaging and challenging enrichment opportunities for all students.
